Exchange and return policy:

Deadline: The deadline for receiving products purchased through our online store is 10 (ten) business days from the 1st business day following the day of payment confirmation. FEEL & DRESS will do everything to comply with the deadlines provided for in this regulation. Eventually, however, for reasons beyond our control, small unforeseen events may arise. In such cases, we will always try to alert customers to possible delays.

Exchanges and returns:
FEEL & DRESS values consumer satisfaction when making purchases at our online store. For this, we created an Exchange and Return Policy that respects your needs and is based on the Consumer Protection Code. These conditions make up the adhesion contracting clauses that you, the consumer, acknowledge and accept when making your purchases. The purchase is made in full compliance with the present rules. It is important to note that you must immediately refuse to receive your product if: The product packaging is broken; The product malfunctions; The request is at odds with the request on the website. FEEL & DRESS cannot be held responsible if your order is received and accepted without the above conferences. Exchanges due to dissatisfaction or defects in the product are normally carried out, according to the conditions described in this exchange policy. Any and all return process must be communicated to the site team in accordance with the criteria listed in this exchange policy. Products purchased through FEEL & DRESS can only be exchanged through the website (feelandress@gmail.com), according to the following criteria:

1 - DEFAULT EXCHANGE IN THE PRODUCT The following conditions must be respected:

When the defect is apparent, the product must not show signs of use and / or washing, and must be in perfect condition and with the internal label attached; The merchandise will be analyzed by the responsible team and, within 30 (thirty) days, a diagnosis will be presented. The parties may mutually adjust the extension of this period. For the exchange analysis to be carried out, it is necessary to observe the following steps:

   1º) Send an email to feelandress@gmail.com, informing the website team about the defect of the piece and the date on which said defect was evidenced, that is, noticed by the customer;
   2º) Then, the site team will send an email with instructions on the procedure;
   3º) After receiving the email with the instructions, the parts must be sent by mail to FEEL & DRESS, to the address specified by the attendant.
   4º) Send an email to feelandress@gmail.com, informing that the sending was done. Inform the tracking code so that we can track it;
   5º) Upon receipt of the product for exchange analysis, the site team will confirm the arrival, sending the product conditions by email, within a maximum period of 3 (three) working days.

Authorized exchange:

If the FEEL & DRESS qualified professional technician authorizes the exchange, FEEL & DRESS will bear the shipping costs. In this case, the customer needs to send the tax receipt for payment of the shipment, as well as the bank details for the refund deposit, which will be carried out within 20 working days. The site team will send you an email notification that the shipment has been completed. If the customer wishes, he can request the tracking code for his own control.

Unauthorized exchange:

In the case of products allegedly defective and with signs of use, the exchange will only be authorized if a qualified professional from FEEL & DRESS so determines. When the technician indicates that the defect does not exist, the exchange will not be made and the return payment of the product to the customer will be fully paid by the consumer. The virtual store team will send you an email notification informing you that the shipment was made. If the customer wishes, he can request the tracking code for his own control.

Product availability:

If the desired product is not available in stock, the customer may choose another product with equal value, in addition to the refund of the shipping cost.

DISSATISFACTION EXCHANGE (DEFECTIVE PRODUCT):

 
The exchange must be made within a maximum of 10 (ten) days, counted from the receipt of the goods. This type of exchange covers: Change by size Swap by model Change by color For the exchange to be carried out, you must observe the following steps:

   1º) Send an email to feelandress@gmail.com, communicating to the site team the desire to exchange the piece (s) for dissatisfaction. This email should contain: The order number; The code, color and size of the returned products; The code, color and size of the desired products.
   2º) Then, the site team will send an email with instructions on the procedure;
   3º) After receiving the email with the instructions, the parts must be sent by mail to FEEL & DRESS, to the address specified by the attendant. The shipment must contain the parts to be exchanged;
   4º) After sending, it is necessary to send a confirmation email to feelandress@gmail.com. The text must inform the tracking code of the shipment so that the site team can accompany you;
   5º) Product availability and shipping: Important: If the chosen product has a value higher than the purchase price, instructions for payment of the difference will be sent; If the chosen product has a value less than the purchase, a voucher will be sent with the difference amount, which can be used in the next purchases on the website;

Once the availability of stock of the desired products is verified, the site team will send the instructions for the payment of the exchange shipping and difference in the value of the product (if any). After payment, the shipment will be sent to the registered address. An email notice will also be sent stating that the shipment has been completed. If the customer wishes, he can request the tracking code for his own control.

3 - RETURN OF PURCHASE BY REPENTANCE:

The withdrawal of a purchase can be made in a maximum of 7 (seven) days, counted from the receipt of the goods. The product must in no way show signs of use and / or washing, and must be in perfect condition and with the internal label attached. To withdraw from a purchase, the customer must observe the following steps:

   1º)
Send email to feelandress@gmail.com, informing the withdrawal. This email must also contain the following information: Client's full name; Customer's TIN; Request number; Full address of the customer, with a reference to the location; Customer phone (s); Bank details for the refund of the amount by bank transfer and / or in case of any eventual problem of return in other forms of payment;
   2º) After receiving this withdrawal email, the site team will provide the Post / Transport Carrier with a shipping authorization code, which will allow the customer to send the product (s) back to FEEL & DRESS free of charge. This code will be informed to the customer via email;
   3º) In possession of the shipping authorization code, the customer must go to a Post Office or the Carrier indicated by FEEL & DRESS, present it and send the products back to FEEL & DRESS. The consignment must contain: The parts to be returned.
   4º) After receiving the products, the site team will initiate the refund procedures for the amount. It should be noted that: In the case of payment by bank transfer: The refund of the amount corresponding to the purchase will be made via bank account transfer, using bank information requested by FEEL & DRESS and provided by the customer. The operation will be carried out within up to 20 (twenty) working days. In case of payment by credit card: The refund will take place within a maximum period of 2 (two) card invoices after the return approval date. This term is established by the credit card companies. If this refund cannot be made due to a refusal by the administrator, the purchase amount will be credited to the consumer's bank account, according to the bank details provided in the return documentation.

Warning: No refunds will be made to third party bank accounts.

4 - GENERAL CONDITIONS:

- If the product does not comply with the conditions described in this Exchange Policy, FEEL & DRESS will immediately return the product, without prior notice, the consumer being solely responsible for the payment of the shipping;
- Shipping costs will be refunded only in the case of return of the purchase due to regret (within the deadline) and exchange for defective product, and if all conditions of this Exchange Policy, cumulatively, are met. Shipping costs arising from exchange for unsatisfactory product will not be refunded;
- Products received by mail without prior contact via email feelandress@gmail.com, will be returned to the consumer;
- FEEL & DRESS, is not responsible for the exchange or arrangement of any merchandise when proven by the technical professional that the defects alleged resulted from improper use;
- Under no circumstances will products received by the consumer be received (adjustment of cuffs, hem, etc.), and it is not even possible to use the legal option of withdrawal.
